These Terms govern your use of retailssup.com and any purchase you make from us. By placing an order you confirm you have read and accepted these Terms.
1. About us

2. Your status
You may only place orders if you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
3. The contract between us
Our website displays an invitation to treat — placing an order is your offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send you the Dispatch Confirmation email. If we cannot accept your order (out of stock, pricing error, fraud signal) we will refund any payment in full within 14 days.
4. Price and payment
Prices are in US dollars (USD) and include US applicable state and local sales tax at checkout. Delivery is calculated at checkout. Payment is taken at the point of order via Stripe.
Despite our best efforts, a product may occasionally be incorrectly priced. If the correct price is higher than the price on our site and the error is obvious, we are not obliged to fulfil the order at the lower price.
5. Your statutory rights (Consumer Rights Act 2015)
The goods we supply must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If goods do not meet these standards you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund depending on the circumstances. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
6. Cancellation and the 30-day return window (FTC Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule (16 CFR Part 435))
You have the right to cancel your order without giving any reason within 14 days, starting from the day after you (or someone you nominate) receive the goods. To exercise your right to cancel, email returns@retailssup.com. See our full Cancellation Policy and Returns Policy.
7. Delivery
See our Shipping Policy. Estimated delivery times are given in good faith but are not guaranteed. If delivery is delayed by an event outside our control we will contact you and offer either a revised delivery date or a full refund.
8. Title and risk
Risk in the goods passes to you when the carrier delivers them to the address you provided. Title passes once we have received payment in full.
9. Our liability
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for (a) death or personal injury caused by our negligence, (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or (c) any matter for which it would be illegal to limit liability. Subject to that, our total liability to you for any single order is limited to the price you paid for that order.
10. Events outside our control (force majeure)
We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations caused by events outside our reasonable control, including industrial action, postal disruption, severe weather, pandemic-related restrictions, or supplier failure.
11. Intellectual property
All content on retailssup.com (text, images, logos, layout) is owned by or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, modify or republish any part of the site without our prior written permission.
12. Variation
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Any order you place is governed by the Terms in force on the date you place it.
13. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Montana. Any dispute will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Montana (or Scotland if you are resident there).
