Track Your Order

Three ways to see where your parcel is.

1. From your dispatch confirmation email

As soon as your order leaves us, we send a dispatch confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct link to the carrier’s tracking page. Check your inbox (and spam folder).

2. From your account

If you ordered while logged in, go to My Account → Orders to see status, tracking number and tracking link for every order.

3. Carrier websites

My tracking hasn’t updated — should I worry?

Tracking can take up to 24 hours to update after dispatch. If there is no movement after 3 business days, email support@retailssup.com with your order number and we’ll trace the parcel with the carrier.

Alaska & Hawaii 3–5 business days
Hawaii 3–5 business days
