Where we deliver
Anywhere in the United States — all 50 U.S. states, plus Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and U.S. territories.

Dispatch cut-off
1:00 PM MT on a business day — order before that and we dispatch the same day.
Delivery to a different address
At checkout you can enter a separate billing and delivery address — useful for gifts, work-from-home offices, or sending to a friend.
Safe place / leave with neighbor
Most carriers let you set a “safe place” or “leave with neighbor” preference. Set this on the carrier’s tracking page once you have your tracking number.
Multiple items
Where possible we pack all items in one parcel. Larger items may be sent separately — you’ll get a dispatch email for each parcel.
Public holidays
U.S. federal holidays are not business days. Orders placed on a federal holiday are dispatched the next business day. The USPS public-holiday schedule applies.
